Director, Growth Marketing
As a Director Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for building a cross channel expertise that will allow marketing to take a channel agnostic approach in achieving business objectives.
This will involve understanding Customer and channel behavior and their interactions. Working with a team of data analysts and channel managers to define the problem statements and hypothesis and then test it with initiatives from Cross Functional teams.
Define problem statements based on business requirements or data insights to come up with a detailed cross channel plan on how to influence Customer behavior & deliver the desired result for the business. Will involve deep dive into Customer, Category & Channel Data and understanding the relationship between them. It will also involve developing hypothesis and rapid testing to understand what works and what does not.
Work with cross functional teams across Seoul, Shanghai and Mountain View comprising of Data analysts, UX Designers, channel operators, product and engineering
Make recommendations to build or buy tools that could enhance revenue driving capabilities & drive positive Customer Experience.
Determine the KPIs, establish instrumentation and visualize the data needed to optimize, and report on growth metrics.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Additional experience across digital performance marketing, e-commerce, data & business analytics will be an advantage.
Strong, analytical, and data-driven background, including direct experience with marketing analytics and digital performance marketing.
A lean, data-driven, process and KPI-oriented mentality is critical.
You must be extremely persistent by nature and unwilling to lose or leave problems unsolved. Have the ability move fast with projects, work & influence multiple stake holders and drive results.
