They like nothing better than to experiment with the subtle but powerful factors impacting Coupang’s talent magnetism in markets such as Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Research Science, Data Engineering and Software Engineering.

- One who has 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm
- One who has experience recruiting software development engineers and scientists
- One who has experience recruiting passive candidate generation
- One who has experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- One who has experience with CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- One who has experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- One who has experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience
